I have read and agree to the conditions and policies of Southeastern Illinois College Heritage Festival. I understand that there is no early dismantling or departures at the event. By signing this, I agree that my booth will remain intact until 4pm both days. I have read, understand and agree to abide by the Southeastern Illinois College Heritage Festival Rules and Policies (attached). I hereby realease Southeastern Illinois college and its representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever for loss, damage or defacement of any property displayed or used in connection with my dispay at Heritage Festival. I wll not be a party to any legal action against SIC or its reprsentatives or agents. If accepted, I give permission for photographs of my work to be used for publicity. NO REFUNDS AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2026.
